CONTEXT

The brief

Reztaurant Direct supplies the food-service disposables restaurants reorder constantly — cutlery, gloves, bags, and everyday consumables. The job was to launch the brand and the store from scratch and make repeat wholesale ordering as frictionless as possible for busy operators.

I built the brand identity and the full Shopify storefront, structuring the catalog around fast discovery and frictionless reordering rather than browsing for its own sake.

WHAT I BUILT

The systems

01Wholesale catalog + fast reorder

Organized consumables so an operator can find and re-buy exactly what they ran out of in seconds, not minutes.

02Category architecture

A clear taxonomy across cutlery, gloves, bags and more — built for scanning, the way buyers actually shop supplies.

03Promo-code onboarding

A first-purchase incentive and onboarding flow designed to convert first-time buyers into repeat accounts.

04B2B checkout & accounts

Customer accounts and a checkout tuned for repeat business buyers and bulk ordering.
